NAIDOC Week – Buddy
Class
On Thursday 1st
August we had the pleasure of working with our Room 6 buddy class for a fun
NAIDOC week activity. We learnt about what it means to celebrate NAIDOC week
and made particular mention to this year’s NAIDOC theme ‘Voice, Treaty, Truth’.
The students then worked alongside their buddies and used paint to create a
popstick covered with indigenous symbols as well as damper!
