We have had an excellent start to 2021 in Room 16!

 The first few weeks has been spent getting to know each other, setting expectations and standards for work and behaviour and beginning our teaching and learning programmes. The students have been given lots of information about class procedures, how to complete their homework and how to access online sites such as Literacy Pro and Typing Club.

Parent Information Night

A big thank you to everyone who attended the Parent Information Night. I really appreciate you taking the time to hear about all the wonderful things your child is doing at school. It is also lovely for me to put faces to names and meet all of you.

Senior Assembly

As you are already aware, we will be hosting the Senior Assembly on Friday 5^th March from 8:50am in the undercover area. A note has been distributed to parents with more details and is available on the blog as well.

Speaking & Listening Task – Term 1

All students will need to present a 2-5 minute presentation on the topic: What makes me special?

Presentations will be held in Week 5 and may be in the form of a power point or poster, and palm cards are encouraged. A timetable will be given to students on Tuesday of Week 4.
