Hi everyone,
In Week 5 the students will be completing their first oral presentation to the class. It is a Speaking and Listening activity called 'All about Me’.
The students are asked to present a short, 3 - 5 minute, presentation about themselves. We have brainstormed some ideas for them to talk about in class such as family, sports, food, hobbies, friends etc.
Students can present their speech using palm cards, power points or a poster.
There will be NO Maths/English homework during Week 4 as the students will be required to work on this task at home. I only ask that they continue to practise their spelling words.
We have created a roster for when the speeches will take place and this is up on the class notice board as well as on the blog. Please ensure your child is ready to present on their allocated day.
